There are two mobile phones recently announced final February throughout the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona Spain. I am speaking about powerful smartphones by Huawei and LG. They are the Huawei Ascend D Quad and the LG Optimus 4X HD. So what is new about these handsets? Why are they so popular now even if they are still unreleased? In this report, we will speak about them and try to evaluate these up and coming smartphones by Huawei and LG. Study on!
Let us start out the comparison with their displays. I will start off with Huawei’s display. The Ascend D Quad packs a 4.5″ IPS+ LCD touch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and pixel density of 326 ppi. The Optimus 4X HD packs a 4.7″ HD-IPS LCD touch screen display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and pixel density of 312 ppi. They may perhaps have the same screen resolution but LG bags the title for bigger screened handset and Huawei bags the title for getting greater pixel density.
Let us now move on to their processors and memory. Huawei packed its handset with a strong quad-core processor which clocks at 1.2GHz. It comes in with 8GB ROM and 1GB worth of RAM. On the other side, LG packed its handset with the identical quad-core processor which clocks at 1.5GHz. It comes in with 16GB worth of storage space and 1GB worth of RAM. Each of these handsets can have as much as 32GB worth of further memory space by means of their microSD card slots. It is quite apparent as to who’s the winner in this category. LG bags the title for having a faster processor and a lot more storage capacity.
Moving on, we will now speak about their cameras. Huawei packed its handset with 8MP shutter with a resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels and it can record videos at 1080 pixels at 30 frames per second. consumer.huawei.com/sa/community/details/%D8%AA%D8%AD%D9%85%D9%8A%D9%84-SnapChat-%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%89-%D8%AC%D9%87%D8%A7%D8%B2-HUAWEI/topicId_165466 comes in with 1.3MP front-facing shutter (720 pixels). LG on the other hand packed its handset with the very same 8MP shutter with the identical resolution. It can also record videos at 1080 pixels and at 30 frames per second. Surprisingly, it also packs the exact same front-facing camera (at 1.3MP). When it comes to camera, we have a tie.
That is not all when it comes to their operating systems, they are pre-installed with the most recent Android Iteration the Ice Cream Sandwich. Once again, they are each winners beneath this category.
It is not that challenging to pit these two incredible and upcoming smartphones against every single other. But the issue is their variations are not that large. So in my eyes, both of the Huawei Ascend D Quad and the LG Optimus 4X HD are huge winners. This is since they are packed with potent quad-core processors and the very same Android Ice Cream Sandwich for their OS.
